Delivery Information

Currently we only deliver to postcodes within a 15 mile radius of the shop, for areas outside these postcodes items can be picked up from the store.

🚚 Free Delivery

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over £75 within a 15 mile radius of our shop when placed before 2PM (Tues–Sat).

Orders placed after 2PM Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

🚛 Large & Heavy Items (Over 1 Metre / Up to 150kg)

Please note: deliveries are to ground-floor doorsteps only, and the driver may need a hand with heavy products.

🎹 Piano Delivery & Installation

For selected digital pianos, we provide a specialist Home Installation Service.

Our professional team will deliver, assemble, and position your piano exactly where you’d like it.

We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date (usually within 14 days).

This service is available upon request for many digital models.
Ground-floor delivery as standard (upstairs access available by prior arrangement).

We also offer a Piano Removal & Transport Service — please contact us for details.

🏠 Delivery Address & Access

For security, delivery is made to the verified billing address of your payment method (Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Finance Agreement).
Alternative addresses may be possible on request.
If access issues prevent delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
