I am really pleased to have found this local piano shop. Matt is very helpful and informative, and clearly loves pianos. The showroom has a good selection of models and Matt very helpfully demonstrated what my choice of instrument would sound like if used by someone who can play much better than me. Just a few days after placing my order, Matt personally delivered my new piano. One very happy customer!

Matt was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable when we came in with our teenage son to choose him a keyboard. He offered plenty of guidance and provided opportunity to try out all of the keyboards in his stunning showroom. The process of choosing was made easy and enjoyable. We are really pleased to have purchased a keyboard from Wessey Pianos. Our son can't wait to start GCSE music, using it!

I had a lovely experience buying a new piano at Wessex Pianos. I haven’t played the piano for over 30 years so was a little nervous, but Matt was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful showing me the different pianos, and the after sales service was excellent. I picked a beautiful white piano which I love! Thank you very much. It was a shame I could only buy one!

Knowing absolutely nothing about digital pianos, I was really impressed with the help and advice I received from Matt.
The piano I decided upon arrived within a few days of ordering. I chose to have the piano delivered and installed by Matt and his assistant and was really pleased with this service too.
I am thrilled with my new digital piano and very happy to recommend Wessex Pianos as the customer service I received was excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Wessex Piano and highly recommend this business. Matt was super helpful in finding the right piano for my children - they absolutely love it.
His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly accommodating with my son, letting him play several different pianos in the shop to find the perfect match.
The piano we decided on wasn't initially in stock, but it only took a couple of days to arrive. Matt went above and beyond by checking the package dimensions to ensure it would fit in my car, and he even helped me load it.
If you are looking for a piano, this is definitely the place to go!
