Do you offer next day delivery?
🚚 Free Next Working Day Delivery
We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £75 when placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 2PM Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Weekend delivery (Saturday/Sunday) is available for selected items at checkout for a small additional fee.

Do you offer Piano Delivery & Installation?
For selected digital pianos, we provide a specialist Home Installation Service.
Our professional team will deliver, assemble, and position your piano exactly where you’d like it.
We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date (usually within 14 days).
This service is available upon request for many digital models.
Ground-floor delivery as standard (upstairs access available by prior arrangement).
Do you offer a no fuss refund policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a digital piano or accessory, you can return it within 14 days in unused, resaleable condition and original packaging.
If your item is faulty, you’re fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and manufacturers warranty,we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
