Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a digital piano or accessory, you can return it within 14 days in unused, resaleable condition and original packaging.

Acoustic pianos are non-returnable once delivered unless faulty, due to the specialist nature of delivery and setup.

If your item is faulty, you’re fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.
